Continuous Improvement

In the Estacada School District, our students and staff are both committed to continuous improvement. Students set goals and engage in PDSA cycles (Plan, Do, Study, Act) and track their learning data to ensure that they are utilizing the most effective strategies to help meet their goals. Our students co-own their achievement, and gain the necessary skills to be lifelong learners. The skills our students are taught enable them to go on to be successful employees, college students, and contributing members of their community.

Staff utilize continuous improvement to ensure that their instruction is effective and meeting the needs of all children in their classrooms. Our teachers look at each child's learning data, and create goals to support each and every learner and their individual needs.
