Facility Rentals
Begin your facility use request:
Estacada School District has partnered with FMX for all facility use requests. All facility use requests are completed online.
Create a FMX Account:
1. Log in to create a new FMX account.
2. Complete the required fields and submit your information, including liability insurance.
3. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to FMX.
Creating a Schedule Request:
1. Log in to FMX.
2. Click on the NEW REQUEST button at the top right of the page
3. Complete all required information on your request, this includes if you need transportation, technology or nutrition services during your event. Once all sections have been completed, click submit.
4. Upon review from the Estacada School District, you will receive another email either confirming and declining your request.
**Please note that we do require a 14 notice for facility use requests. This is so we can ensure we are able to meet the needs of your request and have proper staffing for events.
Certificate of Insurance Applications
All organizations renting District facilities must have and provide a current copy of their certificate of insurance. If your party does not have a certificate of insurance, please select the link below to complete the application.

Estacada Auditorium
The auditorium was built in 1936, as part of the original Estacada Union High School. This was a WPA (Works Progress Administration) project, constructed of concrete, masonry, and old-growth lumber from the woods surrounding Estacada. The facility was large enough to house a significant portion of the community’s population. It had a tin-lined motion picture projection booth to show motion pictures. The booth still remains in the back of the balcony. Beneath the auditorium house was a primitive shooting gallery.
