WHAT MAKES THE ESTACADA SCHOOL DISTRICT OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT DIFFERENT:

The Operations Department includes the following departments:  Facilities/Maintenance, Custodial services, Grounds services, Nutrition services, Information Technology services, and Transportation services. 

The Operations department is committed to supporting the District through safe, efficient and responsible practices, service excellence, and a "people first" approach. 

The Operations Department is relentless in their efforts to be successful in their work through these actions:

• Having a proactive, predictive, and collaborative mindset;

• Making data driven decisions;

• Implementing quality systems and practices to increase efficiencies;  and 

• Creating sustainable change through the improvement science methodology. 

These actions provide opportunities for the Operations Department to strive for excellence.
